When filled out completely and properly endorsed, the application must be forwarded to the Senior National Treasurer, N.S.C.A.R., 1776 D Street, NW, Washington, DC 20006-5303, with the necessary fees and dues.  When approved by the Senior National Board of Management, a photocopy will be returned to the Senior Society President, or to the individual if joining At Large, and the original will be filed with the National Society.
