I Wiley Y. Tinch of Fentress County Tennessee due solemnly make & publish this as my last will and testament it is my will that all by non beds E paid out of mine estate personal and real and that the remainder both real & personal after the payments of debts deed equally divided amongst my children. Plus _____ and equity of said division to be made by the executors here after named. If the ______ divisions or distribution cannot be made, in kind let the property be sold & proceeds divided for this purpose. I authorize my said executors to sell publicly or privately all or any of my property. Real for personal to use to divide ___ file division. It is my will that Dallas Tinch, Logan Tinch Jr., Co. Phillips act as the executors of this will and no bond should be required of them in said capacity & it is my will hand desire and my Representatives, are to ____ that all ____ ____ to by estate save the probation of this will be done without any obligation or court proceedings my said executors will diligently collect all debts due my estate and will count to the _________ for the same eye hereby revoke all former wills and _________ foregoing notice to be my last will and testament.
