diverse good cause and considerations but more especially for and in
consideration of the importation of six persons to dwell within this our Colony
land Dominion of Virginia whose names are Eliza AGAR, Christopher NEDROW, Peter
HALL, Elizabeth DOWNING Jun., John McCRAY and Thomas MASSEY we have given,
granted and confirmed and by these presents for us our heirs and successors do
give grant and confirm unto James BAUGH Jun and Henry MAYES one certain tract or
parcel of land containing two hundred and eighty three acres lying and being on
the north side of second swamp in Prince George County and bounded as followeth,
to wit
BEGINNING at a corner red
Oak of Dan ll STURDIVANT & Isaac HALL Thence West twenty two & half
degrees South eighty poles to a shrub
white Oak; Thence West six

East thirty one degrees North fifty seven & half poles to a red
