Deed - Henry Mayse from Jesse Witt Pp 475-476

This Indenture made this 13th day of Sept one thousand seven hundred & Eighty
three By and Between Jesse Witt of the County of Henry of the one part and Henry
Mayse of the County aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Jesse
Witt for and in Consideration of the sum of fifty pounds current money to him in
hand paid by the sd Henry Mayse the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
hath Bargained sold and by these presents do bargain sell alien and confirm unto
him the said Henry Mayse his heirs and assigns forever one Certain Tract or
Parcell of land lying and being in the County aforesaid Containing by Estamation
one Hundred and Fifty acres be the same more or less and bounded as followeth
To witt: Beginning at a Black oak on the south side of Fall Creek at David
Witts line  Thence along Witt's line to a Black oak thence West to a Black Oak
Thence Southward to a White oak thence up fall creek crossing the same to the
Beginning The Reversion and Reversions and Remainders Right Estate Interest and
Benefit Claim and Demand Whatsoever of the said Jesse Witt of in or to the same
or any part thereof  To have and to hold the said tract or Parcell of Land and
all and singular the Premisses with their & every of their appurtenances to the
only use and behoof of the said Henry Mays his heirs and assigns forever. In
Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal the day and year
above Written.

At a Court held for Henry County on the 27th day of May 1784
The Within Indenture was acknowledged by the within named Jesse Witt to be his
act and Deed. And the same was ordered to be Recorded by the Court.
