In Obeadance to an order of Court Dated13th Nov 1750 We the
Subscribers
having met and has set apart to Mary Mays her third of her
Decesed husband John
Mays's land Viz. Beginning at the Spring branch at Moses
Lunsfords line thence up
the Branch to the Spring from thence Northerly up the Spring
hill a Long-a
line of blaizd treees and through the orchard to a corner appel
tree standing
on the outside the orchard, from thence Easterly through
the Tobo. ground
and into the Woods along a line of Blaz. trees to Moses
Lunsfords line and along
the said Lunsfords line to the beginning with the Manor
Dwelling House and
the Smalles Tobaco House and Corn House with the Appurteneances
there-unto
belonging Excepting one Kitching one Cellar and one Darery and
hen House Which
Standeth on the land Mary Mayses Part Which is Kept and
reserved for the use of
John Mays orphan of John Mays- Deceased from under our hands
the 19th day of
