In the name of God "Amen". I Baptiste Dulac of Nemaha County State of Kansas. Being in good health and of sound and dispoding mind and memory, Calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs, and directing how my estate shall be disposed of after my death, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void all other last wills and testaments heretofore made.

And first I Command my soul to him who gave it being and my body to the earth to be decently buried by my family. And as to my estate and all the property real, personal and mixed of which I shall die seized & possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my death I disposeth hereof in the manner following.

In consideration of natural duty and ? I give devise and bequest to my beloved wife Anna Dulac all my property real, personal and mixed of which I shall die sized possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my death. Then after the death of my beloved wife Anna Dulac I give and bequest to my nephew Baptiste Dulac all my real Estate and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever to the said nephew Baptiste Dulac. And if the said Baptiste Dulac shall attained the age of majority and be head of families But in case said Baptiste Dulac (nephew), shall die before attaining the age of majority and he head of family- Then all property real estate & personal whatsoever and wheresoever I give to my nephew Alexander Abadie.

And I do hereby appoint my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I Baptist Dulac The ?? have this day my will written on one sheet of paper set my hand this 20th day of January 1891.

Codicils to the Will of Baptist Dulac

Whereas I Baptiste Dulac have made and duly executed my last will and testament in writing bearing date January 20th 1890. I do hereby ratify and confirm my said will in all respects, save so far as the same related to the disposition thereby made in favor of my nephew which read as follow:

Then all property real estate or personal whatever or wherever I give to my nephew Alexandra Abadie:

I do hereby revoke said ? from my said will. I do no want said Alexander Abadie to have any part interest or share of any kind of my property real and personal. In witness whereof to this present omitting which I do declare to be a Codicil to my last will and testament and which I direct to be taken as a part thereof I have set my hand and seal this 20th day of May 1890. Probate of Will

In the Probate Court Within and for the County of Pottawatomie and State of Kansas in the Matter of the Estate of Baptiste Dulac Deceased comes now Xavier Dulac and respectfully represents to said Probate Court that Baptiste Dulac late of the County of Pottawatomie State of Kansas departed this life the 1st day of March A.D. 1898. Leaving a Last Will and Testament, which said Last Will and Testament is hereto attached, marked "Exhibit A" and made a part hereof. That said Last Will and Testament has been executed in all respects according to law. And your petitioner further says that the said Baptiste Dulac left surviving his as his heirs law, at Onaga Kanssas, Baptiste Dulac Jr. And your petitioner further says that at the time of the execution of Last Will and Testament, said Baptiste Dulac was of sound mind and memory and not under any restraint.

In consideration whereof, ant to the end that said Will may be proved, established, performed and admitted to probate, your partitioner prays that the court set a time for the hearing of said petition, and that upon such hearing, said Last Will and Testament may be duly admitted to probate and letters testamentary be issued to Xavier Dulac administrator of said Last Will and testament and testament of Baptiste Dulac deceased.
