Will of Thomas Dunn 

 Claiborne County, TN; 

Know all men by tihs presents that I Thomas Dunn of the County of Claiborne and state of Tennessee hath hereby revoked all former wills and do hereby make this my last will and testament that is to say: I do hereby bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Dunn, my plantation that I now live on so long as she lives and all the property I have to my beloved wife to dispose of in anyway that she may see proper to support on whilste she may live and after her death the children that takes care of me & my beloved wife shall have one hundred dollars first and the balance of the property and land to be sold and divided equal between all my lawful heirs and Sally Hopper an equal share with the rest of my heirs. I do hereby certify that I Thomas Dunn is in my right mind and of disposing memory and I do hereby appoint John Dunn and Joseph Dunn my executors to carry this my last will and testament into effect.
